Stormwater Treatment
Our stormwater treatment products minimize the impact of runoff on infrastructure, property, and natural ecosystems. By treating the water before it hits our public stormwater systems, customers are able to reduce their stormwater costs and impact.
Leading our stormwater quality products is our full line of hydrodynamic stormwater separators. These separators use patented technology to effectively remove sediments, trash, and oil from stormwater runoff, ensuring responsible environmental practices and compliance with the EPA Clean Water Act. Models are designed to suit any stormwater habitat including sensitive aquifers, urban settings, or in environments with potential hazardous materials. Our Inlet Filters and Trash Interceptors both use low-impact design to capture and remove solid waste, debris, and other pollutants from stormwater runoff. They are typically installed in stormwater systems that receive a significant amount of solid waste and debris, such as systems near parking lots, streets, and industrial sites.

Control and Measure
Stormwater control and measure products manage, redirect, and control stormwater flow in public and private systems.
Weirs, Flumes, and Gate Valves can work independently or in conjunction with each other to measure water flow rate. They can also be used to manage stormwater runoff after a heavy rainfall event which can overwhelm a drainage system. Temporarily detaining runoff can help minimize environmental impact, public safety risks, and infrastructure damage. Flumes can additionally support stormwater quality by monitoring flow rates, regulating discharge, and managing sediment and debris in the system.

Conveyance
Stormwater systems contain a myriad of underground passages and waterways. Our Conveyance products guide stormwater along its path to a final waterway, reservoir, or treatment facility.
Our Trench Drains, which are often the first intake of a stormwater system, control drainage, prevent flooding, erosion, and pooling. They collect water through a grate or inlet, store the water in an underground system, and then convey the water to a piping network for release into a nearby waterway. Manholes play a crucial role in directing stormwater. The hard-working and highly visible component of any stormwater system provides access to underground infrastructure, allowing for inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of pipes, channels, or other conveyance systems. Built to ASTM standards, we offer a full line of manholes made with modular precast components that provide watertight performance.

Catchment
Our precast plants manufacture a full line of stormwater catchment systems including Catch Basins, Junction Boxes, Curb Inlets, and Headwalls. These durable and integral stormwater components protect properties against water damage caused by excess rainwater or irrigation, prevent flooding, and promote improved water quality. Catch Basins and Curb Inlets collect and manage stormwater runoff from impervious surfaces such as roadways and parking lots. When it rains, water flows over the surface and into a catch basin through an inlet opening. A grate or filter prevents debris and other materials from entering the system.
Our Rainwater Harvesting Systems collect rainwater efficiently from roofs, gutters, or other catchment areas. A filter system removes debris and contaminants, and the water is held in a tank until needed. Used in both residential and commercial settings, this system is a sustainable and cost-effective solution for conserving resources and reducing reliance on treated municipal water.

Storage
NWPX ParkUSA manufactures many systems for the storage of potable, non-potable, and fire systems water storage. Leading the pack are our above-ground or below-grade water storage tanks. Made of precast concrete or stainless steel, these storage tanks offer corrosion-resistant storage that excel in areas with limited water resources, inconsistent water supply and pressure, or settings with high water demand. Our tanks can incorporate fill valves, pumps, access hatches, overflow drains, ladders, and automatic control systems.
Our Rainwater Harvesting System also contains a storage component, in which filtered rainwater is held in a tank or cistern until it is needed for later use. NWPX ParkUSA tanks are made from concrete, galvanized steel, or stainless steel.
