Concrete is the world’s most used building material and in its simplest form, is a mixture of Portland cement, water, and aggregate. We manufacture all of our concrete products in the controlled setting of our NPCA-certified plants, using locally sourced aggregates and cementitious materials with domestic steel reinforcement. Our tight quality production and testing standards follow ASTM and AASHTO specifications. Mastering the combination of mix design, computer-controlled batching, and the curing process, we add a bit of artistry to manufacture custom structures with maximum performance for your project.
RCP
Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) marries the best features of concrete and steel, with the concrete pipe managing compressive forces while the steel cages provide tensile strength. RCP has a proven long service life and offers resiliency and sustainability that makes it a classic choice for water transmission, sanitary sewer systems, and stormwater drainage. Its high-load capacity supports both dead loads and live loads above.
We manufacture RCP in sizes 12” through 96” in a variety of strength classes. This durable, easy-to-install pipe is an excellent choice for both shallow and deep-bury projects. In addition to the traditional RCP, we also produce RCP for microtunneling and jacking as well as Elliptical Concrete Pipe.

Manholes
Our precast concrete manholes are available in many sizes and install quickly on the jobsite. With numerous design options, we manufacture our precast manhole sections as wet wells, junction structures for pipe, and vaults for water valves.
Geneva Pipe manufactures manholes to meet the needs of most sanitary sewer and storm drain systems specifications with manhole sizes from 48” to 120”. All are designed to meet the varying load requirements required by highway, aircraft, and railroad specifications and offers invert channels, flexible pipe to manhole connections, custom hole openings, and custom lids.

Lined Sanitary Sewer Systems
Our lined sanitary sewer and utilities solutions offer cost-effective and long-lasting corrosion resistance for new and existing concrete wastewater infrastructure in need of rehabilitation. Our lined products are specifically engineered to protect concrete from hydrogen sulfide gases and provide 100% water-tight, leak-free coverage for sanitary sewer assets, effectively extending the service life of the system. Quick and easy installation and little to no maintenance result in reduced lifecycle costs.
We manufacture products for both new construction and rehabilitation, including:
- Hybrid PVC Manhole System – Designed for rehabilitation as well as new construction, the PVC Manhole combines the corrosion and abrasion resistance of lined manholes with the widespread availability of industry-standard PVC pipes. The quick and easy installation process can be completed in less than a day, which translates to minimal service disruptions and labor cost savings.
- Perfect Lined Manhole System – Equipped with an integrated liner, the Perfect Lined Manhole System is compatible with any sewer system, installs quickly with no field welds, and provides long-lasting, corrosion-free service in nearly all wastewater environments.
- Composite FRP Rehab Panels – FRP Rehab Panels are easy to install and maintenance-free. Ideal for rehabilitating existing large wastewater structures, they also provide a corrosion-resistant lining to new structures, extending the service life by decades.
- HDPE-Lined RCP – This lined sewer pipe is designed for a 100+ year design life, requires no maintenance, and provides long-term savings. Installation is quick and pain-free with no field welds in most sizes.

Box Culverts
Box culverts are extremely versatile and provide proven strength, durability, and performance in any construction application. Pairing these benefits with additional precast advantages including quick installation, long service life, and improved life cycle cost, the end product provides an ideal solution for many infrastructure projects. Common uses include diverting watercourses and stormwater management; road crossings for animals, pedestrians, vehicles, railways or utilities; water or other products and material storage, and tunnels.
We design and produce box culverts using both dry cast and wet cast methods. All fabrication assures quality control and dependable structural integrity that exceeds concrete strength requirements and governing standards.

Vaults
We manufacture each vault to customer specifications in a quality-controlled factory environment that ensures optimum performance. Our plants meet rigid production and testing specifications for all federal, state, and local standards, including ASTM and ASSHTO specifications.
In addition to underground utility vaults for electrical, gas, steam, water, and fiber optic and telecommunication systems, we manufacture all of the vaults used for our pre-engineered water management solutions, including water meters, backflow prevention assemblies, pump lift stations, grease interceptors, and oil water separators. These and many more packaged water distribution, stormwater quality, and wastewater pretreatment systems are all housed in our precast utility vaults.
